Brad Cohen

Brad Cohen oversees all business activities and the strategic direction of Cohen Asset Management, Inc. The company is guided by Brad Cohen’s approximately 45 years of real estate experience as a hands-on investor/operator. Brad Cohen previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers (NAREIM) and was a past member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and is an active participant with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Brad Cohen was born and raised in Los Angeles where he currently resides. As an active member of the Los Angeles area community, Brad Cohen is involved with several philanthropic organizations.

Brad Cohen provides real estate management services throughout the United States. With over 30 years of experience in the real estate profession Brad Cohen offers services that target real estate investments which are undervalued due to vacancies, sub-optimal management, inefficient current uses, deferred maintenance, long-term undervalued leases or other unfavorable market conditions, and applies a hands-on approach to value-added investing.
